The Cohorts Report, found in Analysis > Cohorts is a powerful report which enables a wide range of information to be displayed, side-by-side and separated into a variety of cohorts within your school.
Attendance can be displayed by opening Display Options in the top-right hand corner of the screen, and expanding Attendance Columns.
This will then show the range of attendance periods that can be selected. These range from the whole academic year (for example, 2021/22), each of the terms -Autumn, Spring and Summer - and each of the half terms, designated as part 1 or part 2.
Once the required attendance periods are selected, click Refresh and these terms and their data will be added to the Cohorts Report.
