Introducing the Pupil Asset / Horizons Help Centre!
We have introduced a new Help Centre where you will still receive the same amazing level of support as always, just in a nice new home.
The new Help Centre can be accessed by anyone with a log in and provides an array of newly updated help articles and resources to help you and your colleagues get the most out of the software.
The new area includes a search facility, helping you to get the information you need, quicker. This area is continually being updated to introduce new and handy FAQs and will initially run alongside our existing PA 'How To Guide'
To access the Help Centre home page, select the 'Pupil Asset Help Centre' link on the top left of the screen:
The home page allows articles to be browsed by category or the convenient search function can be used to locate information on a specific feature or function.
If you are unable to find what you are looking for, a support request can be raised using the ‘Submit a support request’ option on top right.
Enter your email, subject and description of your request and one of our Support Agents will respond and a copy of this response will be sent via email.
